In a spring where every weather turn has seemed to go against us here at the Jersey Shore, the latest weather update may have broke in our favor.

There was some concern in the past 48 hours that we could be seeing some significant accumulating snow tomorrow (Saturday), it turns out the temperatures will work for us, and not against us.

Our meteorologist Dan Zarrow is not one to buy into the hype, and had mentioned yesterday that he thought the temperatures would produce a wintry mix tomorrow morning, and it looks like that's just what's going to happen.

We might see a little mix of snow and rain this morning today with little to no accumulation expected followed by a windy, partly sunny afternoon. Then tomorrow morning the mixed precipitation could leave us with an inch of accumulation (best chance of that in Southern NJ).

So, there it is. No mad dashes to the supermarket necessary with this one. And maybe we can start looking forward to some actual spring weather soon, right? At least we're getting some better weather news this time around.
