Welcome To The Shortest Day of The Year

The winter solstice happens at 11:48pm tonight, marking the shortest day of the year and meaning winter has arrived.

One of the things that I like the least about winter is the short day and the long night. Well the shortest day of the year and the longest night of the year is upon us. The good news is each day starts getting a little longer starting tomorrow. That's not much for summer lovers, but at least it's something.
