Anyone else feel like there aren't enough hours in a day? Well at least once a year we can turn back the clocks.

Yay for sleep! (or being productive, I guess.)

Daylight Saving Time ends this Sunday, November 3rd, 2013 at 2 a.m.

So we'll go from 1:59 a.m. to...1:00 a.m. Always trippy.

The good news is, it's 'spring ahead, fall back,' so we'll get an extra hour to party clean sleep (I'm 28, what do you expect?) this weekend.

You could make the adjustment easier on your body by gradually making your bedtime earlier, but...it's too late for that at this point.
