It's in a beach town in Monmouth County that holds many large gatherings, with an adorable downtown area and a great beach/boardwalk....

And if these hints aren't enough...you're sure to know this town for it's Victorian homes and for the Great Auditorium. It's Ocean Grove, of course, and the statue is of Elwood Stokes.
