Have you ever forgotten your phone at home all day, and felt the simultaneous panic and relief of not having it right next to you to check on all day?

It seems pretty obvious that we're all addicted to technology in one way or another.

Spoken word artist Prince Ea breaks it down in his video for 'Can We Auto-Correct Humanity?'

He talks about how all this technology meant to connect us does quite the opposite, and how Facebook should be called an anti-social network.

It's a really interesting perspective...but I think it's going to take more than just one video (that we're all watching online) to get us to unplug!
