According to a new study, working more than eight hours a day causes all sorts of heart troubles that can eventually take you down.

Researchers have found tht a combination of stress, raised blood pressure and unhealthy diets caused by working long hours may be leading to serious health problems.

In the end, spending too long in the office can result in a 40 to 80 percent greater chance of heart disease compared to an eight-hour workday.

So, knock it off and chill out. Tell your boss you're doing him or her a favor by leaving before the sun goes down.

After all...you're a much better employee when you're ALIVE and not dead.
