Your New Year's resolution is celebrating it's two week anniversary today. How's that working out for you? If it's not going well, don't feel bad. You are certainly not alone.Let's take losing weight as an example. So many of us, myself included would love to lose a few pounds (or more!). Now, I know a lot of people who started the New Year with the hopes of achieving that goal. I didn't even bother, I know myself too well. But I give all the credit in the world to those of you who had the courage to give it a try. And I hope you're doing well.

But if you're not, don't worry. I'm sure most people find themselves in the same boat. If it was easy, we wouldn't have to make resolutions, right. And who says you have to start at the beginning of the year anyway? Nobody says you can't restart and kick off your resolution on January 14th! That's what I'm going to do, and if you are too, good luck!
