Every year The Atlantic Club keeps hope alive to find a cure for ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease) with events like Zumbathon. You're invited. No membership is necessary. This is simply a really, really fun, uplifting two hours of dancing for a great cause...and I will be there to greet you!

If you've never Zumba'd, The Atlantic Club in Manasquan invites you to learn how...FOR FREE...this and next Saturday at 1 p.m. Their awesome instructors will break down the moves and teach you each step one by one. Bring your girlfriends! All you have to do is call the front desk and sign up so that they have an idea of how many people to expect. 732-223-2100.

No dance or exercise experience is necessary to take part in something that benefits others and will put a smile on your face and laughter in your day. I know. I've done it before. And I'll be doing it this time, too!

Then, once you've got one or both of the two free Saturday lessons under your belt (not required, though), the Queen of Zumba (you've seen her picture on the Wii Zumba box!) Kass Martin will host a 2 hour Zumbathon at The Atlantic Club Fieldhouse on Saturday, January 26th from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. The cost to sign up is $35 and all the proceeds go directly to ALS research.

To sign up, simply go to www.theatlanticclub.com and click on the box that says Two Days to Find a Cure for ALS. That will take you to all of the events that are happening that weekend to raise money for ALS. If you missed Kass last year, you will want to meet this extra-special, dynamic, motivating, amazing woman and dance with her!

So come out and join me for this year's Zumbathon and let's have some FUN together!
