Kyle Terry, 27, is accused of ransacking lockers in Jersey Strong (formerly Work Out World), from November 13 through 26.

Following an investigation, Detectives Raheem Carter and Greg Martone asserted that Terry repeatedly looted lockers, taking and using credit cards at businesses in Ocean, Neptune and Tinton Falls. Police singled out one instance in which Terry allegedly burglarized a car in the lot by pocketing the keys in the locker room.

Terry faces four counts each of burglary and theft, and nine charges related to credit card offenses. Police said that he was placed in the Monmouth County Correctional Institution in Freehold to await his initial court appearance.

Charges are accusations. Defendants are presumed innocent unless, and until, found guilty in a court of law.
