Becca’s Cookie Bar Has Officially Become Kosher!

Long Branch favorite Becca's Cookie Bar located at West End Plaza on 2nd Avenue has officially become kosher!

Rebecca Dolce, the French Culinary Institute pastry chef and owner of Becca’s Cookie Bar said, “It feels wonderful to expand our offerings to more in the Long Branch and surrounding community.  As a bakery, adhering to Kosher Dairy rules isn’t too tricky- the recipes and ingredients aren’t changing.  I wouldn’t have done it if it would have affected the quality of the product.  So, it was a no-brainer to seek out this certification.”

This spot offers special snacks, desserts, and homemade made-to order ice cream sandwiches during the Summer with hand-spun milkshakes planning on making their debut soon!
