Brick Police looking for Lepore’s Service Center robbery suspect

Brick Police are looking for witnesses of a Monday morning robbery at Lepore's Service Center on Herbertsville Road where the suspect came in brandishing a handgun around 10:45 am and left with an undisclosed amount of items.

Oficers spoke to the clerk at the station who stated that a black male, about 5' 8" or 5'9", wearing all black, brandished a handgun and stole an undisclosed amount of proceeds.

The suspect then fled the area on foot.

Patrol units searched the area while detectives conducted their investigation with the assistance of Ocean County Sheriff's officers but were unable to find the suspect.

The victim was unharmed during the robbery.
