Gorgeous Cattle Dog Needs Quiet Home

Nika is about a year-and-a-half old and needs a new home. Her last family wasn't able to keep her because all the activity from the little kids in the home was a bit too much for her comfort level.

Nika prefers a quiet setting without young children. She is scared of little kids but loves the company of adults.

This photogenic animal looks like she may be a Cattle dog mix. Nika is quite agile and has some impressive moves! She is very active and often jumps high to get a better look at things in the world -- she doesn't want to miss a thing!

Nika loves to play and gets so excited when her friends let her pick out a new toy. She can often be seen tossing her toys around in the air and catching them. She is quite the entertainer -- super silly and she'll make you laugh!

Nika also enjoys nice long walks on the beach or in the park or, well, just about anywhere. She would do great with an owner who wants to go running and she'll keep up with you!

Nika would also do best being the only dog in your family. She loves to be the center of attention, is super smart and is learning her commands. She loves treats and is highly motivated to learn more if someone is willing to train her.

And on Sunday, July 17th, Noon - 5 pm, the MCSPCA will have a special Grooming Event with 6 mobile groomers on site offering free grooms and baths to any animal adopted that day.
