Harvey Wallbanger – Cocktail of the Week

Sunday is Harvey Wallbanger Day (natch), and who are we not to celebrate?

A Harvey Wallbanger is a fairly classic cocktail made of three ingredients: vodka, orange juice, and Galliano, a sweet Italian liqueur known for its bright yellow color and herbal vanilla flavor.

It's basically a screwdriver with a little oomph!

Ingredients:

• 1.5 oz. vodka
• .75 oz. (half shot glass) Galliano
• 3 oz. orange juice
• orange slice, to garnish

Fill a tall glass with ice. Add the vodka and orange juice and stir. Float the Galliano on top, and garnish with an orange slice.
