If you find yourself going from New Jersey to Pennsylvania pretty often, you'll find yourself starting to pay more when you cross over the bridge to PA.

My wife and I head over to Pennsylvania probably once a month or so, we both grew up about 30 minutes outside of the Philadelphia area and still have a lot of family that live there.

Plus my wife is a Phillies Fan so I try to get her over to a game a few times a year too.

For us, paying the toll to get into Pennsylvania once in a blue moon isn't really that big of a deal, but let's say you live in Jersey and work in Pennsylvania, you're commute to work just got a little pricier.

According to NJ.com, over the Labor Day Weekend, the cost of using the  Ben Franklin, Walt Whitman, Commodore Barry, and Betsy Ross bridges increased at midnight on September 1st.

So if you drive a a regular car, small truck, or motorcycle your toll to get into Pennsylvania went from $5 to $6.

If you're driving an RV or big recreational vehicle, you'll feel the increase a little more as you're now paying $9 an axle, as opposed to $7.50.

And if you're a bus driver, you're paying $4.50 an axle up from $3.75, but hopefully whatever bus company employs you is also covering your EZ Pass and Toll expenses.

A dollar may not seem like much, but if you travel over that bridge once a day for work, you're looking at an additional $25 a month, or an extra $300 a year!
