Who's coming with me?

Tex-Mex food is one of the best cuisines out there.  You can't go wrong with cheese, vegetables, meats, and spices.  It's the best of all worlds.

Plus, it's even better when you wash it down with a cold cerveza, or icy margarita.

One of the most popular Tex-Mex restaurants in New Jersey (and arguably maybe even one of the most popular restaurants in the state) just opened a new location about an hour away from us.

This place always has lines out the door.  Every time I've gone to eat there, there's always been a wait to be seated.

The restaurant is also rich in history. Its original New Jersey location has been in business since 1992, and the second one opened its doors in 1996.  I'm surprised it's taken them around 30 years to add an additional NJ location, but I'm sure glad they did.  And I'm glad they've added it in a place that's more convenient for us.

Get excited, because there's another Jose Tejas in Mt. Laurel!  The restaurant opened its doors last fall, and I'm surprised it's taken this long for word to spread.  The Mt. Laurel restaurant joins the Iselin and Fairfield locations.

Jose Tejas is known for its tasty chips, flavorful margaritas, and sizzling fajitas!  They also take pride in cooking everything from scratch with the finest ingredients.

If you're craving a delicious Tex-Mex meal, you can visit Jose Tejas' newest restaurant at 1310 Route 73 South in Mt. Laurel.  But, keep in mind they are closed on Mondays.

Check out their website for more information.
