Where Are The Most Livable Cities In New Jersey For Seniors?

Reader's Digest has 2 New Jersey towns on their Top 10 list. Both of the towns are located in Bergen County.

  1. Great Neck Plaza, New York: 73
  2. Aspen, Colorado: 70
  3. Gunnison, Colorado: 69
  4. Montpelier, Vermont: 68
  5. Takoma Park, Maryland: 68
  6. Falls Church, Virginia: 68
  7. Fairview, New Jersey: 68
  8. La Crescent, Minnesota: 68
  9. Winterset, Iowa: 68
  10. Cliffside Park, New Jersey: 68

 

New Jersey and Colorado are the only two states to have two towns in the Top 10 list. "Interestingly, nine of those cities are in the “small” category, with populations between 5,000 and 24,999. Coming in at No. 10 overall, Cliffside Park, New Jersey, ranks highest among mid-size cities, which have populations of 25,000 to 99,999."
