Charles Barkley stops by Haddonfield, NJ, Bar
Sir Charles Barkley spent eight seasons playing for the Philadelphia Sixers.
During his time with the Sixers, he made six All-Star games, was named to the All-NBA first-team four times and was second-team three times.
With Philadelphia he averaged 23.3 points, 11.6 rebounds, and 3.7 assists in 610 games played.
After the Sixers traded him to the Phoenix Suns, Barkley was named the NBA MVP, helping to lead the Suns to an NBA Finals appearance.
He played his final four seasons in Houston with the Rockets.
After his playing daya, Barkley became one of the most popular NBA voices, as part of TNT's Inside the NBA show. Barkley is one of the most entertaining pundits out there and still holds that position today along with Kenny Smith and Shaquille O'Neal and host Ernie Johnson.
On Thursday he was back in the Philadelphia area in Haddonfield, stopping by The Taproom and Grill at 427 W Crystal Lake Avenue.
Haddonfield has become a popular spot for Philadelphia athletes to call home, but seeing Charles Barkley in the town is definitely pretty cool.
