Why did Starbucks at Atlantic City, NJ, Outlets suddenly close?
As I was driving through a popular Atlantic City shopping area, I noticed that the usually very busy Starbucks was closed.
One day the store at 104 North Michigan Avenue was filled with people, the next day it was all closed up.
While there are plenty of Starbucks locations in the area, including some inside of the casinos like Ocean, Caesars, Harrah's, Hard Rock, Borgata and Tropicana, one at Boardwalk Hall, one in Margate, one on the Black Horse Pike in EHT, and a new one opening in Ventnor Heights.
Some people on social media have suggested that the Starbucks is closing to be refurbished and that it could be back sometime this summer, while others have suggested that is closed permanently because of the new Ventnor Heights one that is set to open.
Recently, some of the area Starbucks, like the one by the Walmart at 6801 Black Horse Pike in Egg Harbor Township and the one in Somers Point have closed temporality for remodeling.
A source tells me the Starbucks in Atlantic City at the Outlets is in fact closed for good.
When you drive by it looks like this location is going to be closed for good because its all the signage is gone.
If anyone has more information, let us know and we will update the people who use this Starbucks.
