We have learned about a new café, with an operating philosophy designed to serve the community of Brigantine, New Jersey.
Summer & Sage Coffee will have a soft opening (by invitation only) this Saturday and then officially open on Monday, May 19, 2025.

Summer and Sage is striving to create a new “third” space.
THE CAFÉ ENVIRONMENT
Summers has created a calming interior design to create “a retreat between home and work where meaningful moments happen.”
“Whether you're catching up with friends, diving into a good book, or grabbing your favorite brew to go, Summer & Sage offers a warm and memorable café experience,” said Summers.
THE BREW
Summer & Sage Coffee will offer freshly roasted coffee from a local roastery, coupled with house-made syrups … derived from fresh, seasonal fruit.
Summers is making a commitment to the art of coffee-making.
LOCATION & HOURS OF OPERATION
Summer and Sage Coffee is located at 3101 Revere Boulivard, Brigantine, New Jersey.
Summer and Sage Coffee will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., seven days a week.
