Talented Performers at Ocean City, NJ High – Chicago Teen Edition

The Ocean City, New Jersey High School Drama Guild has been working hard for months to present 3 memorable performances of Chicago Teen Edition.

It will be long-time Ocean City High School Drama Guild director Robert LeMaire’s final show. He’s retiring.

LeMaire is the Training and Technology Specialist for the Ocean City Public Schools District.

LeMaire has done a wonderful job as director and his ability to select great plays and adapt them for high school performers has been masterclass.

LeMaire leaves a void that will not be easy to fill. He will be missed.

Lamaine has also worked with the East Lynne Theater Company in Cape May for years.

LeMaire also has performance credits of his own, including:

• Ah, Wilderness!
• Detective Holmes and Carter

With the East Lynne Theatre Company at: The First Presbyterian Church of Cape May Cape May, New Jersey.

The various team members have put in countless hours to properly prepare the student performers to be able to achieve outstanding results.

The Ocean City High School Theater Boosters have also done an outstanding job supporting the students.

They have awarded more than $ 100,000 to graduating seniors who have contributed to the Ocean City High School Drama Guild.

This Friday (6:30 p.m.) and Saturday, (1:30 p.m. & 6:30 p.m.) April 4 & 5, 2025, the Ocean City High School Drama Guild will Present:

These Ocean City high school students work incredibly hard to prepare for their performances … while also keeping the grades up.

It’s a very demanding schedule for them and their commitment is admirable.
