Our Point Pet of the Week may be scarred from his past, but this loving boy is waiting for his Forever Family.

The Monmouth County SPCA (MCSPCA) knows that one day soon, someone will come in and fall in love with Kermit. He is a 6 year old happy boy that loves his stuffed animals.

Kermit was saved from a less-than-ideal home. He is physically scarred from his experiences but is still a pretty happy boy. He is very sweet and CRAVES attention.

Kermit is calm and will make a very loving companion to the lucky person who adopts him. He also loves going for a ride in the car -- it's his absolute favorite thing to do! He's gone on road trips to PA and would take a road trip anywhere with you : )

In addition to the MCSPCA's three locations in Eatontown, Freehold Raceway Mall, and Middletown, they will also be stopping by Raymour and Flanigan on Rt. 35 in Ocean Township this Saturday, Feb. 14th, from 11 am - 3 pm. Yep, that's right, the pets up for adoption will be hanging out among the couches and other furniture!

ALSO, Alex and Ani on Monmouth Street in Red Bank is hosting a "Charmed by Charity" event on Monday, February 16th from 6 - 9 pm. 15% of all proceeds are going to the MCSPCA! There are four special designs for sale exclusively for the event! RSVP to isa@monmouthcountyspca.org or just come and visit that night!
