A Neptune City man who allegedly threatened to shoot someone in the parking lot of a Burlington Coat Factory in Ocean Township on Saturday is facing a number of charges following his arrest.

Patrol officers responded to Burlington Coat Factory in the Seaview Square Mall for a report of a male subject who threatened to shoot another male.

Officers quickly located Dayquan Robinson upon arrival and placed him under arrest.

He was allegedly involved in a domestic incident in the parking lot of Burlington Coat Factory, where he threatened to shoot the victim.

The victim then called 911 and Robinson ran off and hid the handgun, officers found a short time later.

Robinson is charged with Terroristic Threats, Possession of Weapon for Unlawful Purpose, Unlawful Possession of a Weapon, Aggravated Assault on P.O., Resisting Arrest, Tampering with Evidence, Obstruction and Possession of Marijuana.

He was remanded to the Monmouth County Correctional Institute pending a future court hearing.
