Overnight Parking Restrictions Are Suspended In Rumson

A lot of universities are closing down and hosting classes online which means that a lot of students are expected to return home for the time being.

To help cater to the public's parking needs, the Rumson Police Department has announced that they are suspending the December 1st to March 31st, 3:00 AM to 5:00 AM parking restrictions.

This rule change is effective today and will last through March 31st, 2020.

Overnight parking restrictions will return to normal on December 1st, 2020.

In addition, parking will also be allowed on all streets overnight without permission. The only exception to this rule is if there is a snow storm.
