Rock the BBQ This Weekend!

If you're into music, barbecue, and adult bevs...clear the schedule for this weekend, and plan to join me at Rock the BBQ!

Rock the BBQ is happening this Saturday and Sunday, November 8th and 9th, at the Fields at Laurita Winery in New Egypt.

It's two days of awesomeness, and sounds like an amazing event for foodies, with more than 20 BBQ pitmasters and 5 dessert chefs in attendance! (Of course you'll need something to wash it down with, so be on the lookout for craft beers and Laurita wines!)

There will also be lots of craft vendors, guided vineyard tours, a puppy adoption center, and lawn games.

Want to bring the kids? There's plenty for them too, from face painting and bounce houses to pony rides and pumpkin decorating!

Then, of course, is all the music! There are bands scheduled to play all day Saturday and Sunday, followed each night by fireworks, so bring the blankets and beach chairs and enjoy the day! For the full schedule and more info, check out RocktheBBQ.com!

The festival is open Saturday from 10a-10p, Sunday 10a-8p. Tickets are $8 each, kids under 12 are free, and so is parking!
