The violent and deadly assault on the U.S. Capitol by Trump supporters on Wednesday sparked calls for the immediate removal of the president from office, even with his last day in office just two weeks away.

County Administration Carl Block said the Board of Elections is "well on their way" to completing the ballot count in time to certify the vote by Nov. 23.
