This is what matters in life. I am thankful I get to share this story on a digital platform that will be seen by many people. In a world that has been divided by so much negativity, positivity has shone through at Wall High School.

There are even sensory-friendly dates for people of all spectrums.

The Ocean County Mall in Toms River is taking pictures with the Easter Bunny to the next level this year, offering a full-on photo experience for families, and even a sensory-friendly event for kids with special needs!

It's World Autism Awareness Day, with a lot of people wearing blue and committing to 'Light It Up Blue' for Autism Speaks. But after this day has come and gone, there are easy things you can do to be supportive and 'Autism Aware' every day of the year.

Today is World Autism Day, and you are urged to Light It Up Blue and wear blue today to show your support.

You can help make a difference by walking in Walk Now For Autism Speaks next weekend in Long Branch.

Autism Speaks hosts fundraising walks across the country throughout the year, and the 2014 Ocean County Walk Now for Autism Speaks is this weekend!

The unfortunate truth is that there are a few cruel and mean people that are among us. What's worse, is that most of them are ignorant. This is a mixture for the situation the mother of an autistic child is dealing with.
