As the summer sizzles and the Jersey Shore gets back together, the aromatic smells of barbecue drift from backyard to backyard. I'm getting hungry just thinking about it. Now, Ocean County residents will have a new source for delicious barbecue without having to stand outside in the scorching summer sun. Let me tell you about this place!
During the summer months, I try to use my BBQ as much as possible. I went to the local farm in Freehold and bought skinny eggplants and fresh plum tomatoes. With fresh mozzarella and the basil from my garden, I am all set to make Eggplant Parmigiana.
