The Toms River resident who was arrested and charged for allegedly punching a man on the Seaside Heights boardwalk during a Black Lives Matter demonstration in August has had the charges against him dropped by the Ocean County Prosecutors Office.

It has been less than a month following a graffiti incident where anti-police rhetoric was spray painted across two roads in Middletown that another round of suspects have defaced property.

The Ocean County Prosecutors Office is looking for witnesses to come forward who can truthfully detail what they saw and heard at the Black Lives Matter Protest in Seaside Heights last Saturday that led to the arrest of Jamaal Holmes of Toms River.

The post went viral a week or so ago and caught a lot of people's attention.
