A Morris County man is being charged with vehicular homicide for causing a boat crash along the Barnegat Bay in June that killed a Whippany resident and injured four others.

The number of accidents and deaths on boats in the water have gone up, according to a new report out Wednesday by the U.S. Coast Guard.
