Dieting is never easy, but it's especially hard when you're at a weekend barbeque and the rest of the world is eating your favorite foods fresh off the grill.
Now that Easter Sunday is over I was curious how many calories I ingested over the course of the. day. I really didn't want to know, but at the same time, I was very curious, so I figured it out,
According to a report on Sparkpeople.com, the average American will eat 4500 calories of food on Thanksgiving Day. Most of it doesn't come from the big dinner or desserts though. According to the experts, a bulk of the calories come from the snacks we eat watching the parades and games all day. There is some good news though.
