Central Jersey Blood Center

It's impossible to count how many lives Central Jersey Blood Center has saved over the past 55 years. Sadly, we learned today that they will be shutting down operations at the end of the year.

In the midst of what they're calling a "blood shortage near crisis levels", The Central Jersey Blood Center is asking all shore residents and visitors this summer to consider donating and help save a life.

This is not a drill. If you can donate blood, now is the time, as we face an emergency shortage at the Jersey Shore.

Our lives are crazy busy, that's just a fact. Spare time is often hard to come by. That's why we all need to take a step back and look at the bigger picture.
