When the ground started shaking on Thursday afternoon, it seemed like everyone in New Jersey thought we might be having an earthquake. Turns out - supposedly - that it was caused by sonic booms from fighter jets running supersonic test flights off the coast. Naturally, this week's cocktail will pay homage to this week's most talked about phrase.

Here in Jersey, we don't have much experience with earthquakes. In fact, the first time I felt one was back in 2011 when a 5.8 magnitude quake hit Virginia and the tremors reached our area. Fast forward to today, when I felt the floor start to shake. But was it an actual earthquake?
