Teenagers can now work longer hours each summer in New Jersey, under a new law. The process for obtaining working papers will change next year.

It's not a long term fix but there is a temporary solution nonetheless now in play which can businesses fill hours this summer.

New Jersey businesses up and down the shore are struggling to hire staff members for the summer.
