If you're one of those people who still ignores the law and talks or texts on a hand-held cell phone while driving you could soon be forced to do it from the passenger seat.
Businessweek.com is reporting that a government study says texting while driving is up an unbelievable 50%. Twenty percent of drivers admit to texting while driving and that number is much higher when it come to young adults. The survey also found that most drivers say they will answer a call and continue a conversation while driving.
