Students at one Atlantic County, New Jersey school are getting a treat to mark the end of the school year: A visit from Toys R Us. How they earned it is even cooler.

The parent company of Toys R Us is bringing back another customer favorite, with a Babies R Us flagship store announced for New Jersey in summer 2023.

There are 18 different locations.

Toys 'R' Us closed in Toms River and surrounding stores in New Jersey and everywhere after filing bankruptcy in 2017 and closing all stores in 2018.

I know it's not even Halloween yet, but soon it will be the holiday season. And around this time of year, I love nostalgia. So many wonderful memories come back to me about family and when I was younger.

So we recently learned that after closing, we now have not one, but two Toys R' Us stores now back in New Jersey. Geoffrey and the gang are now back at two malls in North Jersey.

Six New Jersey locations will have their doors open just in time for the 2022 holiday season.

We never wanted to grow up, and I think in many ways we are all still "Toys R Us Kids." That's what makes this Jersey Shore comeback story even sweeter.

With the announcement of yet another comeback, I can't help but feel skeptical of being let down again.

It won't look like the Toys 'R' Us we all remember.
