The Mets played the San Diego Padres yesterday and it's usually hard to find a cute moment in a game that the Mets lost, but not this one.

Before the game, the Padres gave their oldest fan a chance to throw out the ceremonial first pitch, and it was absolutely adorable! Agnes McKee made her way onto the field complete with her Padres Jersey and hat and threw a strike!

Agnes is 105 years old and is the oldest San Diego County resident and is also the oldest person to throw a first pitch at a Major League Baseball game, according to usatoday.com.

It was a great moment in an otherwise rough day for the Mets, who lost to the Padres 2-1 after a clumsy 9th inning. It also speaks volumes that Agnes would currently be the second best Mets pitcher. Good for you Agnes!!
