A Very Merry UnFriend Day to You!

Do you have friends you barely know? Tomorrow is the day to get rid of them!

A couple of years ago, Jimmy Kimmel declared November 17th "National UnFriend Day". He calls it a holiday to give Facebook users the opportunity to "unfriend" people FREE OF GUILT. It's the one day of the year that Jimmy encourages you to unfriend anyone who is not actually a friend.

Most of you have hundreds or even thousands of Facebook "friends", but ask yourself: are they truly your friends? Some of them may barely even be acquaintances! After all, a real friend used to be someone with whom you have a special relationship...until Facebook changed that definition.

So go ahead...say goodbye in bulk. Jimmy even suggests an easy way to do it: go to your Friend page, cover up the names with your hand and just scroll down the list of pictures. Anyone whom you don't recognize, unfriend!
