One morning last weekend, little Levi woke up, sat on his dad's lap, and said "Daddy, can we get beds and give them to homeless people?" Read the full story about how this precious child is now helping those in need.

Levi's dad John says he told little Levi "Sure we can." So Dad contacted a guy he knows in Ocean County who helps the homeless and told him what Levi wanted to do.

It was soon discovered that at least six homeless from Ocean County had been sleeping on the ground. (How great is it that Levi somehow had a feeling there were people who needed his help?)

So Dad set up a Go Fund Me page that afternoon and people started donating. Within 24 hours there was already close to $500, so Dad was able to take Levi to purchase 6 extra-large cots (they had to drive to Brick, Toms River, and Howell to get them all.)

They also used some of the money to purchase water and other canned foods to bring back to the six homeless and others they discovered along the way when they trekked through the woods to deliver the cots (through the help of the contact that works with the homeless.)

Levi is a little kid with a big heart, and has spread that love to his siblings, parents, and even people who never knew him... all with just one small but mighty thought.

Way to go, Levi! And what great parents to respond immediately with actions that will teach these kids life lessons...lessons we could all use!
