If you love the ocean, bring your family to Jenkinson's tomorrow!

Tomorrow (June 9th) is a great time to celebrate preserving our beautiful shoreline. It's a reminder not to take for granted that we have the ocean practically in our backyard, something many 'inland' states don't get to claim.

World Oceans Day is hosted by Jenkinson's and Jenkinson's Aquarium in conjunction with an international network of over 1,000 aquariums, zoos, museums, and conservation organizations all over the country.

The fun (and education on how we can make a difference at the shore) begins at 1pm and all family activities are included in the price of admission. The celebration continues Sunday at the Aquarium, with a special focus on getting families to connect their favorite ocean animal to conserving the world's oceans. (And Dr. Seuss will be on hand to help teach the kids, too.)
