Lou has spent many a morning poking fun at my choice of what to eat at 6 am.

Let me start by saying that I am sick of eggs. Over-easy, scrambled, omelettes, egg sandwiches....all of it. I have also had my fill of pancakes, waffles, sausage, bacon, pork roll, hash browns, bagels, muffins, and toast. Unless of course all of this stuff is served for dinner....then I LOVE it!

Since I'm done with breakfast for BREAKFAST, I have been eating things at six am that are delicious to me but not such a pleasure to those who have to smell fresh garlic and anchovie paste or whatever it is that I've heated up in the microwave as the sun is rising.

I've had tuna sauteed in olive oil with cajun spice, super-hot chili, fresh tuna, lentil soup, ceasar's salad with anchovies, and the more mild breakfast choices of turkey breast, pizza or peanut butter.

I figure if you should eat breakfast like a King then I'm gonna start the day - and the show- off with some powerful and yummy food! 

When's the last time you ate dinner for breakfast?
