If you love greasy food, this one's for you!

According to a new Brisith study (Telegraph.com) you might be able to fry food to your heart's content, as long as the type of oil you're using for frying is good.

Through the years, researchers have figured out that there are good fats and bad fats...but they never really studied the connection between eating fried foods and the risk of heart disease. They just assumed that eating fried foods was bad news because the foods were fried in bad fats. But what if you were to fry in GOOD fats?

The British scientists have found that eating fried foods has no association with the risk of coronary heart disease...as long as you're not frying with bad fats. The good fats? Olive oil and Sunflower oil.
