Halloween at the Shore is here and there are ton of activities for you and the kids to check out!

MONMOUTH COUNTY

  • Paranormal Books & Curiosities hosts a Ghost & Legends Downtown Tour of Asbury Park at 8 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays in October. Adults $12, children under 10 $6. 627 Cookman Ave. Call 732-455-3188 or visit paranormalbooksnj.com/downtowntour

  • The Keyport Halloween parade is 1 p.m. Oct. 31 at the fireman's lot traveling east on West Front Street and ending at Keyport Central School; keyportonline.com

  • Ocean Grove's Halloween parade is noon on Oct. 31 at Fireman's Park on Main Avenue; oceangrovechamber.org
  • Sea Bright's pet costume parade is noon to 1 p.m. Oct. 31, starting at Valley National Bank/Ocean Avenue. At 6 p.m. there will be a Halloween parade and costume contest; seabrightnj.org
  • The Tinton Falls Halloween party for residents, focused on children ages 1 through 9, is 2:30 to 4:45 p.m. Oct. 31 at Sycamore Recreation Park, 977 Sycamore Ave. There will be a costume contest, trackless train, crafts and candy; tintonfalls.com

OCEAN COUNTY

  • Jackson Township's Halloween celebration is 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Oct. 31 at the Jackson Senior Center. Pre-registration required; call 732-928-1260. Bring one clean, empty 5-ounce can for a Halloween recycling project; jacksontwpnj.net
  • Six Flags Great Adventure in Jackson hosts Fright Fest through Nov. 1 on weekends and Fridays in October and on Columbus Day (Oct. 12). Look for haunted mazes, "scare zones" and terror trails.
