Go ahead…indulge! After all, it’s a holiday, right?
Today’s the day to treat yourself to whatever you like. It’s a great excuse to blow off the diet.
Steve Carell was recently asked what he’d eat during his last days on the planet, and I love his answer. He says he’d go heavy on the fried foods, then segue into red meat, heavy sauces and creams. Maybe have a day of just ice cream, and finish up with some baby back ribs. And maybe on the last day he’d have a deep-dish pizza. (TMZ)
I cannot find anything wrong with that scenario, lol! Except I’d have to throw in a day for Chinese food, too.
Now for some who would rather not mess up their bathing suit body this time of year, you can still splurge. How about taking a day off from saving money and spend it all on a giant screen tv? Or how about splurging on a full day of pampering yourself at a spa?
