Representing the Jersey Shore is Relish Hot Dog & Sausage Co. in Belmar! This small joint opened up back in March and they have some of the most fascinating condiments including bacon Dijon relish, chipotle lime glaze, and fire roasted salsa.

Plus, they warm up their buns on warming spikes so there is a hollowed-out space to place the hotdog and whatever toppings you desire!

Way to go Relish! Now go and give them a try because if they are top 10, their hotdogs will for sure make your mouth water!
