How You Can Help Newtown Victims Families

There are a number of ways to help the families of the victims of the Newtown tragedy, according to denverpost.com.

One way to help is through Newtown Youth and Family Services. They are collecting donations through a fund set up over a decade ago by a local family who lost their daughter. The fund is called “Caroline’s Gift”. The Newtown Youth and Family Service says all donations will go directly to those affected by the Sandy Hook Elementary School tragedy.

Another way to donate is through a partnership between United Way of Western Connecticut and the Newtown Savings Bank. Check donations may be sent to Sandy Hook School Support Fund, c/o Newtown Savings Bank, 39 Main St., Newtown, CT, 06470.
