IHOP on Route 35 in the A&S Village Shopping Plaza in Wall has officially opened.

Jack Sayegh is IHOP's restaurant owner and this will be his second restaurant opening at the Jersey Shore. His first is the IHOP on Route 36 in Keyport.

"It is America and everybody loves pancakes," said Sayegh. "IHOP is a nationally recognized brand."

He is not wrong. Who doesn't love pancakes?

According to APP.com, after Sayegh took over the IHOP in Keyport, the restaurant received, "updated equipment, a remodeled interior, and had much stronger advertising," so if history repeats itself, the IHOP in Wall and its customers are in for a treat.

Sayegh revealed that he may be looking to opening up a third IHOP by the end of the year in Colts Neck and/or Freehold.

If you stop by the new IHOP location in Wall, grab your pancakes and say hi to Jack!
