Kathy & Lou's Kitchen in Manasquan [VIDEO]

Jersey Shore Boss of the Sauce is next Monday April 25 at Jenks Club in Pt. Pleasant Beach. The Jersey Shore's best restaurants will be serving up their signature red sauce with the hopes of earning the 2016 title. Best of all, admission is free!

I stopped by Kathy & Lou's Kitchen in Manasquan to sample their stuff.

Wife and husband Kathy & Lou are characters. They will absolutely entertain at Boss of the Sauce. However, they are in it to win it and their food is legit. I started with grilled wings. They were cooked perfectly. The wing sauce was spot on. It had just enough kick. The chicken parm was delicious. As if that wasn't enough, I was told I had to try their flan. Full disclosure, I'm usually not a fan. But it was a good thing I stuck around because it was awesome.
