Jersey Shore Whale Watching Tour Promises Spectacular Sights

Bill McKim has become popular at the Jersey Shore for his spectacular photography centered around Belmar. But, he also gives residents and visitors the opportunity to see whales up close and personal.

The Jersey Shore Whale Watching Tour happens aboard Bill McKim's 80-foot cruiser. The boat departs from Belmar Marina and embarks on a 3-hour exploration adventure along the coast towards Sandy Hook. On clear days you can see the skyline of New York City.

While nature is unpredictable and spotting a whale isn't guaranteed, last year there were 15 tours, and at least one whale was spotted each time!

Guests are invited to BYOB and BYO food.

A friend of mine went on the Jersey Shore Whale Watching Tour for the first time over the Memorial Day Weekend. He and his wife booked last minute and had a great time.
