Lakewood Toddler Airlifted After Serious Burns

A Lakewood toddler is airlifted to Saint Barnabas Burn Center after sustaining second degree burns to his face, neck and chest.

According to the Lakewood Scoop, hot tea that was sitting on the kitchen counter, spilled on the 15-month old boy causing injury to 18% of his body. Paramedics transported the child to the Lakewood High School parking lot and he was airlifted from there.
