Mama Dog Overlooked in a Shelter for Over 260 Days

UPDATE: Now Mama Rosie AND all 7 of her babies have found forever homes!!!

The Monmouth County SPCA calls her Rosie and she has been in the shelter for over 260 days

Rosie was rescued from a filthy basement where she had been locked in a crate with her litter of 7 puppies. Thank God Rosie and her babies were rescued and brought to the MCSPCA.

Now, all this time later, only Rosie remains at the shelter, looking for a forever home.

Rosie is about 2-years old and some of her favorite things to do include play dates with other doggies, long walks, stuffed animals, and peanut butter!

Rosie would do best in a calm home and only with older kids who could be gentle with her.
